- Learn Wing Chun’s internal system of qi gong for wellness and recovery. Focus on strengthening the bones and recovery from injury for optimal health benefits.
Children's self-defense classes
- Through self-defense training children learn to assess situations and protect themselves when needed to ward off bullying and other threats they encounter in their neighbourhood or at school.
