Wing Chun Class
- This class is based on the authentic Foshan Wing Chun lineage which include fundamental self-defense skills and to cultivate competent professional Wing Chun coaches both in skills and morals.
Wing Chun Qi Gong Wellness Class
- Learn Wing Chun’s internal system of qi gong for wellness and recovery. Focus on strengthening the bones and recovery from injury for optimal health benefits.
Female Wing Chun Class
- This introductory workshop allows you to explore the Twelve-Moves form as the basic of self-defense techniques. This is a single lesson (1.5 hours).
Children's self-defense classes
- Through self-defense training children learn to assess situations and protect themselves when needed to ward off bullying and other threats they encounter in their neighbourhood or at school.
